Interview with Karen Blackadder
1. What is your fondest memory from your childhood?
My fondest memory from my childhood is probably, well time spent with my mum and dad. We went to Yorkshire for a holiday to see one of my Mum’s Aunties I think it was. That was a really great time we had, we were only away for about a week, but it was places wed never known, met new people and it was just a great time.
2. Where were you when you found out I was born?
I think I would have either been at my flat in Grangemouth at the time or probably with my mum and/or dad, I’m not entirely sure it wasn’t exactly yesterday.
3. What would be your absolute dream job/future?
Lottery winner! Living on a nice tropical island somewhere, I think that’s all of our best dream isn’t it?
4. What was the best concert/show you have attended and who did you go with?
That was definitely Billy Joel at Manchester for my 40th birthday that I went to with my brother.
5. Did you enjoy the studio experience?
And yes I did enjoy the studio experience even though I was blinded by your lights. Yeah it was good, a nice wee laugh.
